Eligibility for a refund
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have attempted no more than one paid test in that series.
- After 7 days, or once you have attempted more than one paid test, the purchase is non-refundable.
- Duplicate payments for the same order are always refunded in full.
How to requestEmail
support@juniormedico.in from your registered email with your order ID and reason. We reply within 2 working days.
Refund timelineApproved refunds are sent to the original payment method within
5–7 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to show the credit.
Failed paymentsIf money was deducted but the order failed, it is usually reversed automatically within 5–7 working days. If not, contact us with the transaction reference.
Cancellation by usIf we discontinue a series before it is delivered, you will receive a proportionate or full refund for the undelivered part.
