Junior Medico (“we”, “us”, “our”) runs juniormedico.in, an online NEET test series. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we protect it.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, mobile number, email, class, target year and state.
- Test data: your answers, scores, ranks and time spent on tests.
- Payment details: handled entirely by Razorpay. We receive only the payment status and order ID, never your card, UPI or bank credentials.
- Usage data: device, browser and pages visited, through cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
How we use it
- To create your account, deliver tests and calculate results and ranks.
- To send receipts, test reminders and result updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
- To answer support requests and improve our tests and website.
- To show relevant offers. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
SharingWe do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the service (payment gateway, hosting, email and messaging providers, analytics) and only as needed, or when required by law. Your name and rank may appear on leaderboards; contact us if you would like to hide your name.
Data security and retentionWe use HTTPS and access controls to protect your data. We keep account and result data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal, tax and dispute purposes.
Your rightsYou can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing, by writing to
support@juniormedico.in.
ChildrenMany NEET aspirants are under 18. If you are a minor, please use the service with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.
